Build It Your Way! Modular Hybrid Pricing Explained

Everyone, David, SUP Customs. I'm just here at a boat ramp. You can see over there all these guys. There's a line formed over here. But, what's cool about our little micros here is we can use any of the sand. So, we're not in the line. We've been here. Our buddy has slept in. If not, we would be out there. So, anyways, I decided to do a little video. I get a lot of comments about how much little, you know, comments or messages. And wanted to address that real quick. We're not the cheapest option. We're not the mid-range option.

We are the high-end Porsche, Lamborghini, whatever you want to call it of our industry. The reason for that is cuz of the live catamaran hull. It is the only one like it in the world. It's handmade out of fiberglass, gel-coated like a boat. The technology and the suction hole technology and the vortex hole, there's nothing like it. So, you can spend a little bit more money on your hole than than you would a cheaper kayak or whatever. Most of our customers are coming from the skiff world. They're adding this on to their skiff lineup to fish new waters, to have easier days, that type of things, to reconnect to the water.

Others are selling boats at a certain age where they're just done, but they want still want a boat. They want all the tools, let's call it let's say that. They want something stable, they're not sitting, breaking their back. They can throw it in the truck, they can travel. Retirement couples have got these to retire like There's a lot of reasons for these setups being built the way they're built. So, you're not lacking. And then, we have a few kayakers that are upgrading, that found their limits, and that are upgrading.

So, that's that's our customer base. Custom customers from the kayak world basically have bought kayak after kayak, upgraded after upgraded, but still have have some needs, longings, range, things like that. So, that's our customer base. And then every once in a while we'll get a young adult, teenager that is getting into boating and this is a little bit safer than throwing them on a jon boat with a 30 horse or something like that. So, and it's honestly a lot more fun to be on this as a as a teenager or whatever. Wanted to go over how much and if you go on our website SUP Customs.com and you just click every box this adds up.

So, the base is around 26 to 31 the LIVE Water Sports paddle board. And then from there you build it. And so when you ask me how much you can just get the base, start out very simple, get our utility flat mount and then you can go I'll be straight up with you. Put that bow mount it goes bow or stern on the back, get a $200 clearance trolling motor with a $250 battery covered 9 10 miles of ground and call it a day until you can build this up later or you can just do a trolling motor setup.

So, your range can be 35 38 to 11. So, if you go online and you click every single box of course it's going to add up. What wouldn't? The nicest rims on a car, the all the the features, right? The engines, but if you do want this performance and it's for you, start out small and then add on a motor mount down the road, add on this. Yeah. I I I think he's awake. I think he's awake. Thanks, man. So, anyways, we're teasing our everyone's teasing our buddy here. They're waiting for him to pull in they get on their charters and everything.

So, anyways, so I just wanted to when you ask me how much I do comment call us. I'm not trying to be complicated. But it's a build starting from a base live paddle board catamaran paddle board here to adding our removable mounts. So, you may not need at first the $1,000 micro pole kit. You may not need a 6 horsepower. You may be able to get away with a 3 and 1/2. You may not even need a gas motor at first and just a trolling motor. You may not need a $2,000 trolling motor. You may need a $200 trolling motor. I I mean again, you may think a battery is a thousand bucks, but the one we sell is $250.
